You can also scan and e-mail your Rx to DrDiscountCL@aol.com

IT IS BEST TO SUPPLY THIS INFORMATION ON THE SITE ITSELF.

Or you can supply your doctor's information and we can get your Rx for you as well as validate that it is current.

WHERE DO I FIND MY CONTACT LENS Rx?

All the information you need is on the box.

Brand name is the type of lens you use. For example "Acuvue

OD means right eye
OS means left eye
BC means "base curve". That information is on the box
DIA. means "diameter". That information is on the box

ASTIGMATISM prescriptions have three numbers:

Spherical (between +20.00 and -20.00)

Cylinder (between -4.00 and +4.00)

Axis (between 0 and 180)

A prescription with no astigmatism might say:

-4.25 (sphere)

A prescription WITH astigmatism might say

-4.25(sphere) -1.25 (cylinder) X 180 (axis)
